The most important was the staff - VERY COURTEOUS and amicable people. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean as was the bathroom and available with balcony. Extras like a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card were appreciated.

In general, hotel is very good, new building, it's very clean, well located. Close to pedestrian street with very good atmosphere at night and commercial during the day. quiet, no noise, next to the river Iro, they gave us a room from where we had a very good view of the outside. hotel has an inner courtyard, where you can stay at night. Surrounded by bars, cafes, in a very quiet area. For parking they have a parking lot (10e day). the hotel has next to it a blue zone and areas for parking without regular, where it is easy to find space. spacious room, with a small fridge. rooms on the first floor have a balcony.
Nothing, everything is perfect, value for money, good considering that you are in Chiclana where hotels are more expensive in high season. Maybe the only problem is that you have to take the car to go to the beach, road is very good and it takes 15 minutes to reach the Barrosa Beach which is very good. On the other hand we asked for double bed and it was not put to us, nevertheless they let to us enter the room much before the indicated hour.

The hotel staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even took the time to draw maps and book Flamenco dancing for us. Additionally, the rooms were kept very clean, including the bathroom, which was a major plus. The hotel's central location was also very convenient, as it allowed us to easily explore the town and take advantage of the nearby bus depot for day trips to Cadiz, Seville, and the local beaches.
Everything was great!

Had a lovely Xmas break at this hotel. the staff were super friendly, always greeting us with a smile. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We particularly enjoyed the nearby beach, which was just a short walk away. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping service. the breakfast was good, with a nice selection of pastries and fruits.
The parking situation was a bit of a hassle as there was limited space available. We had to park on the street a few blocks away, which was a bit inconvenient, especially in the rain.

I stayed at this hotel in Chiclana for a long weekend and was impressed with everything. Isabella at reception was extremely helpful and the staff were all very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the bathroom for a refreshing shower. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV with multiple channels. I loved the view of the courtyard with its seating and tables, and the sunset serenade from the nesting birds was a delightful touch. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meals and snacks were also delicious. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the town, and the underground parking was convenient.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
